3. Check & Report
On each scheduled visit, we perform a full walkthrough, document any issues, and provide a detailed digital report with photos and videos.

4. Fix & Prevent
When repairs are needed, with your approval, we either handle them directly or coordinate with trusted licensed vendors to resolve issues quickly and prevent future problems.

Terms Snapshot: You authorize us and our vendors to access your property during scheduled windows. We document each visit with photos/videos. Payment due upon service; project work may require deposits.
